Ipod Sleep Timer

Ok, so it took me 4 months to notice this: the iPod sleep timer!

From the main menu:

Extras
Clock
- Create a Time Zone Clock for your area
- Select it
- Sleep Timer
- Select 15,30,60,90,120

Great for napping!
