Trying Google Groups to make communication with sports groups easier for the town.

Setup

  • Create group
    • Name should be <year><nrc><sport><age group>
  • Options
    • Access
      • Only Members
      • Do Not List
      • Only Managers can view the group list
      • Invite - unsure right now
      • Post - Managers Only
      • Who Can Invite - Managers & Members
      • No Moderation (only Managers can post)
    • Email Delivery
      • Set Prefix to Group Name (shorten)
      • Replies are sent to the owners of the group. (means that Coaches will need to be raised to owners)
      • Set Footer message (remove posting to group portion)
