&lt;br /&gt;
*You will need to uninstall the USB drivers in the device manager&lt;br /&gt;
**Go to control panel, system, device manager, sound video and game controllers&lt;br /&gt;
**Click the plus button &amp;amp; verify the GNX4 is connected and turned on. &lt;br /&gt;
**Uninstall all 5 digitech drivers or USB audio devices. &lt;br /&gt;
***Verify you uninstall the correct drivers. &lt;br /&gt;
***Call 801-566-8800 if you are not sure, and we will help you! &lt;br /&gt;
**After you uninstall the drivers turn off the GNX4 &lt;br /&gt;
**Unplug the USB cable from the GNX4&lt;br /&gt;
**Perform a factory reset on the GNX4&lt;br /&gt;
***This procedure is in the manual. &lt;br /&gt;
**Reconnect the GNX4 this is a very important step&lt;br /&gt;
**Watch your computer screen on the bottom right hand corner&lt;br /&gt;
***it will say found new hardware then you will get a lot of pot up window&lt;br /&gt;
***wait until the last one says Your new hardware is installed and ready to use&lt;br /&gt;
***Now put the X-Edit/Librarian disk into your computer&lt;br /&gt;
***Run the USB midi drivers&lt;br /&gt;
***follow the GNX4 software installation guide.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
